that now reside or recently resided in the eight
counties of Western New York - Allegany, Cattaraugus,
Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and
Wyoming.
Anyone who uses this information to injure, harass,
or commit a criminal act against any person may
be subject to criminal prosecution.
